  • We develop a written, personalized Investment Policy Statement and Wealth Management Plan for each client. These documents outline well-thought-out and academically sound financial strategies tailored to that client’s specific needs and objectives.
  • Our advice is prudent and appropriate based on each client’s values, financial objectives and current reality.
  • We work closely with our clients so they can make smart, informed decisions about their financial affairs. While we offer guidance based on our professional expertise and our commitment to meeting each client’s needs, the client has the final say in all decisions.
  • We monitor each client’s investment portfolio on a regular and systematic basis.
  • We meet our deadlines and return calls within 24 hours whenever possible.
  • We maintain contact by phone and through face-to-face meetings. We offer each client quarterly progress meetings or more frequently, if the client prefers.
  • We maintain the highest standards of professional ethics and responsibility.

We also encourage our clients to let us know if we do not live up to their service expectations in any way. We will immediately correct any problem and develop procedures to prevent it from occurring in the future. We consider complaints to be a gift and always welcome the opportunity to improve our services.
